PMA
Can you stand those annoying side comments?
2 years ago, I was in an examination hall.
The paper was quite tough, at the same time engaging.
Drips of sweat trickled down my face, I removed my tie.
"7 minutes left", the invigilator announced.
I had just finished my first booklet and was headed to the front to collect an extra sheet to continue, writing.
On getting there the other invigilator asked? "Are you trying to oppress your mates writing this paper too?"
I smiled,
I can remember deep down in my mind I was like" Nah!! We aren't fighting foe the same marks"
Some of them might have had nice test scores, the others might have been in my shoes but I didn't know what their fate was too, all I wanted was my 'A'.
The earlier questions made me feel like I was tested to be discouraged from doing what was best for me
But guess what, I thank God I have a PMA.
